Metalloinvest and Aktobe Rail and Section Works in Kazakhstan have signed a long-term contract for the supply of rail and shaped billets. Under the terms of the agreement, the shipments will amount more than 600,000 tonnes in total. The rail and shaped billets will be supplied by Ural Steel (part of Metalloinvest) in 2017-2020.
